Woods Furniture Pty Ltd warrants its product range against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation, when the products are used for the purpose for which they are designed. This warranty excludes: Claims arising from wilful vandalism and or misuse of their products. Fabric and gas lift components, which are limited to the suppliers warranties. Where a warranty claim arises, Woods reserves the right to inspect the goods “in situ” prior to undertaking rectification, which will be done at the discretion of the company.
